Much of the potential insurance disruption we are seeing is coming from non-insurance people having ideas they realise may impact insurance. Phoebe Hughs is not that. She started her career in insurance, spotted a gap, and instead of talking about it and then going back to the 9-5 she has made the change to entrepreneur to try and exploit the opportunity.
