Robo-broking is the concept of using a computer to manage your insurance policies for you. At the simplest level this would alert you to when policies are due for renewal, but various suppliers are starting to develop tools that 'understand' your polices and start to identify gaps, point out overlapping coverage and suggest improvements based on your specific needs.
The dream would seem to be the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to achieve this next level of customer service.
