A very emphatic ending by Bernard 'Tigger' Lunn to an article I struggle to totally follow technically, but which sounds promising on the who auto-settlement via smart contract thingies and blockchain stuff...
My biggest doubt? Yet again, no-one's given me a decent example of a binary claim relevant to western world insurance beyond 'flight delay' cover.
Smart contracts will ultimately take over - and putting them on the blockchain maybe helpful. It's going to take time but small steps like this are vital to get it moving.
Will it change the world and unleash a new wave of Insurance claim to cash innovation using Blockchain? I think so.
